COURT CASES AGAINST THE FICTIONAL STRAW MAN
If your title has been perfected and the Immigration/Migration tax has been fully settled, yet someone still attempts to initiate a court action against you, having a Performance Bond placed on the County District Attorney can be extremely effective.
At the local level, the District Attorney is the only party with authority to initiate a criminal court proceeding. By placing the Performance Bond, you establish a mechanism of accountability should they proceed improperly.
If such an attempt is made, you are already detached from the “strawman” through the perfected title process and the Immigration/Migration tax resolution we have discussed. Any action they pursue is therefore directed at the strawman—not the living man.
To formalize this, you would complete IRS Form 56, appointing the District Attorney as Fiduciary/Trustee of the strawman they are attempting to charge.
You then send copies of that appointment to the IRS and the District Attorney, and file it into the court record, formally notifying all parties that you have resigned as agent/trustee and that the District Attorney is now designated as the fiduciary/trustee for the matter.
This action may be sufficient to halt the case entirely.
