ANPC International is a private nation, member-based foreign ecclesiastical intergovernmental body formed as a private assembly of self-governing men and women, united by covenant as an Ecclesiastical Nation. Its authority is derived from natural law, divine law, and sacred trust, rather than from statute or legislative grant.
ANPC International is a body of people founded through the dedicated work of men and women committed to the pursuit of Truth. These individuals selflessly contributed countless hours, days, and years in service to a shared goal and vision—one intended not only for their own families, but for every man, woman, and child on Earth. Through their perseverance and devotion, ANPC International was established and continues to grow in purpose and reach.
ANPC International exists for the sole purpose of peaceful charitable outreach, ecclesiastical ministry, and the advancement of economic freedom for all peoples. It is a non-violent, diplomatic, grassroots Nation, operating outside domestic political systems, and exercising self-governance through its own International Charter, Peace Treaty, Constitution, Rules of Conduct, and Ecclesiastical Law.
ANPC International has formally adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as a foundational expression of human dignity, conscience, and inherent liberty. Its governing instruments and treaties have been published and registered by international notice to global repositories, including The Hague, World Court, United Nations and the U.S. Department of State as well as other international bodies, for purposes of transparency, comity, and peaceful recognition.
As a Foreign Ecclesiastical IGO, ANPC International maintains its own Private Ministerial Authority (PMA) to ordain, credential, and govern its ministers, representatives, and diplomatic servants in accordance with ecclesiastical law and conscience. It further maintains an independent Ecclesiastical Tribunal to resolve internal matters, administer justice within its jurisdiction, and safeguard the autonomy, peace, and rights of its members, without submission to external civil or administrative authority.
The mission of ANPC International is the promotion of world peace, cooperative economic structures, and the restoration of local and ancestral stewardship of land and resources, always through voluntary association and peaceful means. Its members vow to live peacefully upon the land, to respect the dignity of all peoples and nations, and to assist their fellow human beings in a spirit of service, compassion, and responsibility.
Through peaceful assemblies, humanitarian initiatives, and international cooperation, ANPC International seeks to build bridges between peoples and cultures, honor ancestral wisdom, encourage ethical stewardship of resources, and foster systems that uplift present and future generations.
ANPC International stands as a peace-based ecclesiastical nation, governed by conscience, committed to non-aggression, and devoted to creating a more just, free, and harmonious world for all.
Today, ANPC International has made significant progress in assisting men and women in understanding how to reclaim their freedom in order to meaningfully serve, uplift, and contribute to others throughout the world. A central focus of this work includes supporting remote villages and schools in need of essential materials by raising funds to sponsor outreach initiatives through the Vision of Faith, Hope & Charity Ministry Branch.
