Although this gentleman is informed, he sometimes makes the occasional gaffe while presenting. 

First mistake is he mentions a 'revocable trust' wherein he should have said 'irrevocable trust.'

Secondly, he refers to a 501(c)3 (Charity) Trust which although better than many Trust structures, is not the epitome of the irrevocable Trust.

Rather, a 508(c)1A (Church) Trust has benefits that a 501(c)3 Trust does not.
