Welcome to the Freedom & Travel Page
The fundamental right to travel serves as the foundation for exercising many of your other essential freedoms. Restricting or eliminating this liberty, a Creator-Endowed right—whether directly or indirectly—inevitably impacts and undermines virtually every other liberty or right you hold.
We provide a variety of practical tools and resources to support your journey toward traveling freely while maintaining your status as a private traveler. Key reminder: You are not a resident in the traditional sense, but rather an international or perpetual traveler, often described as a non-resident private American.
Using your Private ANPC Credentials to secure a private mailbox or PO Box is one effective strategy for perpetual travelers. For maximum protection, always title and own your private conveyances (vehicles) through a straightforward foreign trust structure.
Here's a timeless and thought-provoking quote from an older text that some may find familiar:
"As sorrowful, yet always rejoicing: as needy, yet enriching many: as having nothing, yet possessing all things."
In essence: own nothing, but control everything.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION FOR PRIVATE TRAVEL
The following steps are presented as essential considerations for individuals choosing to travel privately. It is critical that you fully understand each step and how it applies to your situation before proceeding.
1. Vehicle Title and Trust Structure
Ensure that your vehicle is properly titled into a foreign trust and that you clearly understand how this process works. Advocates
of private travel consider this step to be central, as it is intended to place the vehicle outside standard corporate or state
registration frameworks. Attempting to use private travel documentation without completing this step may increase the likelihood
of complications during a traffic stop.
For consistency, it is recommended that travelers use all related documentation together, including:
-
The foreign trust documentation
-
The identification card and its accompanying authentication papers
-
An International Driving Permit (IDP)
-
A private trust lien placed on the vehicle
2. Driver Identification and International Documentation
Under the Geneva Convention on Road Traffic, an International Driving Permit is intended to be used in conjunction with a
foreign driver’s license. When paired correctly and supported by the appropriate vehicle documentation, these credentials are
often described as functioning together without issue.
3. What May Be Requested During a Traffic Stop
During a roadside stop, an officer may request the following:
-
Driver Identification:
Presentation of the Foreign National Drivers License (ANPC FNDL), along with the International Driving Permit (IDP) and the accompanying authentication packet issued by the U.S. Department of State (including any copyright documentation).
-
Vehicle Registration:
You may choose to register the vehicle directly under the foreign trust (which is outside the police jurisdiction) or use the ANPC private vehicle registration and tags.
-
Insurance or Financial Responsibility:
Options may include standard monthly insurance coverage or the ANPC private bond-style insurance alternative, which is entered into official databases during the titling or registration in a foreign trust.
4. Responsibility and Preparedness
All documentation should be complete, current, and properly organized prior to travel. Individuals who fail to adequately
address any of these areas may encounter difficulties. Responsibility for omissions or errors rests solely with the individual
traveler.
Accountability and informed decision-making are essential components of private travel.

The following packages are necessary in order to protect your conveyances, your assets, your monies, your gold, silver, precious metals, jewelry, toys, home, properties, etc. But, as we are focused on conveyances (cars, motorcycles, RVs, etc) in this section, let's continue along that road.
In this nation, ANPC International, you must Perfect your Title before anything else is done. You must have a Trust and begin moving all assets into the Trust, particularly your conveyances. You will need a Bond for the Trust and for your conveyances. In other words, there are pre-requisites to obtaining car tags & registration, the Foreign Drivers License and International Driving Permit.
With that in mind, listed below are the products and services you will need that can be purchased with an annual membership.
1. Status

2. Foreign Trust

3. Silver Bullion
Bond
The Silver Bond is a powerful instrument designed to support you in your pursuit of freedom. It is backed by tangible assets in the form of historic, pre-1933 United States silver dollars, establishing full solvency. These include Morgan or Peace silver dollars, which can be independently verified.
If you elect to include the insurance component of this Freeholders Bond, the bonding meets all state requirements for liability coverage by bonding you with your State Treasurer.
The International Driving Permit (IDP) is a booklet style permit valid for travel per the 19 September 1949 Geneva Convention on International Road Traffic. It is widely accepted by many countries including the United States of America which adopted it in 1952. It IS NOT a stand alone document and must be used together with theFNDL ID Card (below) per the UN Rules of the Road. To learn more about the IDP, click here
The New Member ID / Foreign National Driver’s License (FNDL) has been authenticated by the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C., and distributed through international notices as well as throughout the United States. It has also been submitted for inclusion in NCIC check system databases.
The FNDL features a laser-scannable barcode and has been used in conjunction with an International Driving Permit (IDP) to open foreign bank accounts, rent vehicles (including U-Hauls), notarize documents, obtain employment without a Social Security number, and serve as a general form of identification.
For validity, the FNDL should be carried together with copies of the U.S. Department of State authentication documents and used in conjunction with the IDP in accordance with the Police Officer’s Resource Card. The FNDL meets applicable requirements outlined by United Nations and Officer Resource cards in all participating states. To learn more about the FNDL, click here
The private car registration is very beneficial as it gives you the registration slip required by officials yet keeps you on the private side. Your registration number will be active in the system yet private. This is only applicable once your state registration expires and you have a private or no lien on your car.
The International Private Car Tags may only be used after you have established your foreign trust foundation and transferred ownership of the private conveyance to the trust by placing a private trust lien on the vehicle (see below). These tags are authenticated by the U.S. Department of State, and copies of the authentication documentation should be carried in the conveyance at all times.
Note: All required preliminary steps must be fully completed in order to be eligible for these tags.
8. Private Trust
Lien
The special private trust lien (non-corporate, non-UCC) is essential for securing your conveyances in the private domain. To utilize this lien, you must hold a clear title free of any corporate liens.
This lien may also be used to secure real property and other collateral you own, as well as to secure children who have a state-issued birth certificate. This lien is a critical component and may be established as soon as your foreign trust(s) for the vehicle have been properly set up.
