Restore Your Nationality

We receive many inquiries about obtaining a passport for travel. As we know, the right to travel is one of our most fundamental rights—and when this right is restricted, many other God-given rights can also be affected.

When it comes to passports, it can be difficult to know what steps to take, especially for those who do not wish to be pulled back into the jurisdiction of a 14th Amendment U.S. citizen.

Below are a couple of options you may research. We are not necessarily endorsing either one, and we strongly encourage you to research thoroughly and carefully before making a decision, as we believe there may be additional options worth exploring.

First Choice:
World Service Authority — World Passport

The authority for the World Passport is found in Article 13(2) of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which states:

“Everyone has the right to leave any country, including one’s own, and to return to one’s country.”

The World Passport is a 30-page Machine Readable Travel Document (MRTD) featuring an alphanumeric code line, a scanned passport photo, and security paper with an embedded logo. The data page is laminated, and the document is printed in seven languages: English, French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, and Esperanto.

Each passport is individually numbered, and every page includes the World Citizen logo as a background. Two pages are reserved for affiliate identifications (such as diplomatic corps, organizations, firms, etc.), and there are nineteen pages for visas. The inside back cover provides space for personal information, including home address, next of kin, doctor, employer, driver’s license number, and national passport/identity number. The cover is blue with gold lettering.

Special Notes:
When ordering the WSA Passport, it is very important that you request an Exit Visa and a Residency Permit at the time you place your order. The Residency Permit must match the foreign address listed on your IDP.

Also, include a copy of your ANPC ID with your order and request that it be placed in the passport on the diplomat pages. The WSA Passport works well with the ANPC ID and IDP and includes a space near the bottom of the last page for entering your ID number and IDP number.

On the top of the back page, be sure to enter your domicile address, ensuring it matches the foreign address on the IDP where your name trust is established.

For additional information on how to use the World Passport, you may contact WSA directly:

Second Choice:

If you choose to pursue a U.S. passport, proceed with extreme caution. We strongly recommend that you do not attempt this until you have completed the Perfected Title package and have properly notified all relevant agencies.

While establishing your standing as a union state citizen on the land can be powerful, we have found that the Department of State is often reluctant to recognize this standing and may use the application process to pull applicants back into the status of a 14th Amendment citizen.

For this reason, we encourage you to carefully review the information in the link above by clicking the READ MORE button. Consider your options thoroughly, weigh the risks, and make the decision that is best for you.
