In addition to attorney's charging waay too much money for something so generic and unimaginative, their trusts still tie you, and legally bind you, via a contract, to the state in which the trust is registered.
Taking such a step with an attorney is foolish indeed as it does not release you from, but contracts you to, the grips of the state government, the courts, and the IRS.
ANPC Foreign Grantor Trust
The ANPC Foreign Grantor Trust clearly distinguishes itself from other trusts available today—both in structure and in substance. It is more thoughtfully designed, more strategically implemented, and more effectively supported than the majority of trusts currently on the market.
Unlike many law firms, we do not impose exorbitant fees that are often justified by reputation rather than real involvement or value. A higher price does not equate to greater sophistication, nor does it guarantee a better trust. In fact, many trusts sold by attorneys or marketed online—often priced between $15,000 and $50,000—are largely boilerplate documents with minimal customization and limited ongoing participation.
Our trust is different. It is deliberately structured, actively supported, and offered at price points that reflect real substance and meaningful engagement rather than inflated legal overhead.
There is a variable nature to each trust based upon customer need that is determined at the front-end of the process. A price is then determined. If needs change throughout the process, the price, communicated to the purchasing party, will reflect the change.
